Amendment to the articles of association

At the board meeting of 4 March, the full board decided to change the financial year from the school year to the calendar year. To this end, the articles of association were amended by the notary on 26 March and filed with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK).

In line with this decision, the annual financial report, the policy plan and the financial statement for this year will cover 18 months, from 1 July 2019 up to and including 31 December 2020. They will be published on our website no later than 30 June 2021.
